Fresh spinach, washed and chopped
Minced garlic
Coconut cream
Olive oil or coconut oil
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg (optional)


  1. In a large pan, heat the olive or coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach to the pan in batches, allowing each batch to wilt slightly before adding the next.
  4. Once all the spinach is wilted, stir in the coconut cream and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg if desired.
  5. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the spinach is creamy and heated through.
